Job Description

Responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling V&V activities with respect to "time-quality-budget";
Responsible for driving continuous improvement for V&V regarding V&V strategy, methods and processes;
Responsible for participating in project review meetings and reports V&V status;
Responsible for providing approval/rejection proposal taking the overall defect status and remaining risk into account;
Responsible for defining requirements for the development regarding testability and traceability in self-domain;
Responsible for planning and confirming project resources and milestone for V&V in self-domain;
Responsible for documenting and maintaining the form of compliance matrix, TKU and test sheets;
Responsible for maintaining of corresponding databases and tools such as E-DaTe;
Responsible for planning and construction of new test benches Integration and combination of existing test procedures and development of new test equipment documentation (create) calibration, test equipment monitoring, maintenance and repair work;
Responsible for problem solving during V&V activities;
Responsible for supporting Lead V&V engineer to define the necessary test infrastructure;
Cooperate with cross-functional team in eCOM development for new energy automobile; 

Qualifications

(mandatory) mechanic engineering, vehicle engineering, mechatronics engineering or equivalent engineering background; BS degree up.
(mandatory)More than 5 years engineering experience of validation work relevant to eCOM validation in automobile field;
(mandatory)Deep knowhow on V&V strategy, methods and processes;
Familiar with V&V tools, such as eDaTe, DoE, test technology, … ;
Familiar with Doors Next Generation, Customer requirement server, ALM, RTC, …;
Good at working in an international and technically demanding environment;
Motivative and be able to keep performing under pressure;
Have strong ownership and good leadership;
Fluent English in oral and writing;
