ECIP Assistant (Part-Time/Seasonal)

DAEOC is seeking a Part-Time/Seasonal Energy Assistant for our Portageville outreach office.  The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Outreach offices in completing and processing applications for the Energy Program(s)

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Checks LIHEAP applications to ensure they meet the guidelines of the program regulations and make corrections if necessary.
• Registers and completes applications through a statewide system.
• Responsible for filing all applications.
• Responsible for making sure all applications have been completed within a certain time frame.
• Answers telephone and questions from clients and outreach workers concerning LIHEAP.
  

Qualifications:

• Must have a drivers license valid in the State of Missouri and transportation as necessary.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
•  Six months to 1 year data entry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
