RBVH has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at e-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.Â
Job Description
As an Embedded System Test Lead for Occupant Safety System, your main responsibilities are:Â
- Lead the team of 10 to 15 membersÂ
- Embedded Software Test Coordinator (Test Project Responsible) is responsible for multi-automotive projects with experience in vehicle safety systemÂ
- Define and maintain project's test strategy based on organizational test strategy (considering project specific requirements and tailoring of test activities)Â
- Define and maintain project's test plan (content, scheduling and resources)Â
- Define test activities and assign to the test designer of the project teamÂ
- Check that testing is going hand-in-hand with the software development in all phasesÂ
- Coach project-members regarding quality aspects of engineering processesÂ
- Requirement clarification and analysisÂ
- Develop test cases using defined test methods, create high level test designs and test specificationsÂ
- Select relevancy of test case for regression testing.Â
- Execute test cases, document results and report problemsÂ
- Task effort estimationÂ
- Set up review of test specifications.Â
- Set up test environment: SIL (Software in Loop) & HIL (Hardware in Loop)Â
- Develop test automation.Â
- Solve technical problems/queriesÂ
- Communicate findings to both technical and non- technical colleagues in order to prevent technical problems/queries.Â
- Mentor junior membersÂ
- Planning and tracking tasksÂ
Qualifications
- Major in Computer Engineering/Information Technology/ Electrical-Electronics/ Electronics-Telecommunication/Mechatronics Engineering/Automotive or related fieldsÂ
- Have 5-10 years of experience in Software TestingÂ
- Good at 1 of following programming language: C/C++/Python/VBA/Perl scripting language, API programmingÂ
- Good Knowledge of micro-controller and embedded systemÂ
- Experience in Software Development LifecycleÂ
- Experience in emulators, simulators, debugging and test equipmentÂ
- Self-driven and strong inter-personal skillsÂ
- Good teamwork, time management, stakeholders management, decision-making skillsÂ
- Good at team engagement, motivation and competency build-upÂ
- Good English language skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)Â
- It would be BIG advantage if you have:Â
- Automotive domain knowledgeÂ
- Holding experience at team management, handling team size from 3 to 5 membersÂ
- Exposure to emulators, simulators, debuggingÂ
- Exposure Automotive communication protocols e.g. CAN/LIN/Flexray/Ethernet and AUTOSAR architectureÂ
- ISTQB certificate Advanced levelÂ
