Role Overview:
Paradyes is looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Assistant Manager/Manager – E-commerce & Marketplace to drive end-to-end business growth across B2C, B2B, and online marketplace channels including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other relevant platforms. This role will be responsible for managing the complete business side of e-commerce operations — from platform growth, sales performance, product visibility, marketplace ads, and promotions to account health, listings, pricing, and channel profitability.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in marketplace business management and platform advertising, along with the ability to scale revenue across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end growth of Yushka’s e-commerce business across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other online platforms
Oversee B2C and B2B online sales channels, platform expansion, and revenue growth
Handle marketplace account management including product listings, catalog optimization, pricing, inventory coordination, and promotions
Plan and execute platform-specific advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, marketplace performance campaigns, etc.)
Drive visibility, conversions, ROAS, and sales growth across all digital commerce channels
Monitor platform health metrics including ratings, reviews, account performance, stock health, and customer experience
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, marketing, and creative teams for smooth execution of campaigns and product launches
Analyze marketplace sales data, competition, category trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Build monthly sales plans, promotional calendars, and channel-wise growth strategies
Ensure profitability, scalability, and operational efficiency across all e-commerce channels
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, or similar marketplaces
Deep understanding of marketplace growth strategies, cataloging, platform ads, and account management
Knowledge of Amazon Ads, sponsored products, platform campaigns, and digital commerce analytics
Experience in B2C, B2B, and marketplace business scaling
Strong analytical, commercial, and business management skills
Ability to manage multiple channels with ownership and growth mindset
Excellent coordination and execution capabilities
Preferred Background:
Experience in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or D2C brands
Prior marketplace or e-commerce growth role with proven business scaling exposure
