WHAT YOU’LL DO​ 

As an E-commerce Lead, you will drive digital growth by planning the site and executing daily product exposure on.com and app, using data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. 

• Publish content on .com and app according to commercial priorities and Marketing calendar 
• Manage daily product exposure, including deals and discount activities 
• Use data-driven insights to optimize navigation, exposure and internal search 
• Work with Commercial Managers, Commercial Leads and Experience Leads on campaigns, activations and product strategies  
• Partner with E-commerce, Experience and Customer Activation teams to strengthen digital performance​ 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ 

As an E-commerce Lead, you’ll work closely with Commercial Managers, Experience Leads and Customer Activation teams to align actions and continuously improve the end-to-end digital shopping journey.​ 

This role will be reporting to the Commercial Manager. 

WHO YOU ARE​

• Strong e-commerce background with proven results in driving digital commercial growth and expertise in online visual merchandising. 
• Experience using customer behavior insights to influence product exposure and drive commercial results. 
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English. 
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
