About the Role
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Commercial Manager to drive the commercial success of our e-commerce partners by owning revenue growth, profitability, and trading performance. You will be responsible for developing commercial strategies, optimizing product assortments, pricing and promotions, and ensuring partners achieve their growth objectives.
This role requires a commercially driven professional with strong analytical skills, hands-on e-commerce experience, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial strategy and performance of assigned e-commerce partner accounts.
- Deliver agreed GMV, revenue, and gross margin targets across managed accounts.
- Develop and execute assortment, pricing, promotional, and discount strategies that maximize revenue while protecting profitability.
- Build and manage commercial calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze trading performance and translate data into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Present performance reports, business reviews, and growth opportunities to client stakeholders.
- Forecast demand with clients and collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams on inventory and campaign planning.
- Monitor and optimize key commercial KPIs, including GMV, AOV, conversion rate, gross margin, acquisition cost per order, and sell-through.
- Identify strategic collaboration opportunities with payment providers, SMS gateways, and other commercial partners that create value for both the business and clients.
- Support the Ventures Director in evaluating new business opportunities and preparing commercial proposals.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial management, category management, retail, or business management.
- 3–4+ years of dedicated e-commerce experience.
- Proven experience managing GMV, revenue, and gross margin targets.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce trading, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and assortment planning.
- Experience analyzing and improving KPIs such as GMV, AOV, conversion rate, gross margin, CAC/Cost per Order, and sell-through.
- Experience collaborating with digital marketing and media buying teams.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and drive commercial decisions.
- Experience managing multiple brands, accounts, or e-commerce partners simultaneously.

- Knowledge of demand forecasting and commercial planning.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics.
