Job Summary
Sr Product Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Define and refine product vision, strategy, and multi year roadmap.
2. Identify and prioritize high value opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
3. Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking to influence strategic decisions.
4. Own the product backlog; write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
5. Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and cross team coordination to ensure on time, high-quality delivery.
6. Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback; drive continuous improvement.
7. Conduct customer interviews, user research, and usability testing.
8. Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to gather insights and validate product assumptions.
9. Represent the customer voice throughout the product lifecycle.
10. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
11. Influence without authority; resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across teams.
12. Drive product releases, GTM planning, demos, and stakeholder communication.
13. Define product metrics, monitor product health, and derive insights from analytics.
14. Conduct experiments (A/B tests, prototypes, MVPs) to validate hypotheses.
15. Use data to evaluate feature adoption, performance, and ROI.
16. Prepare product updates, roadmap presentations, and executive reviews.
17. Manage expectations across leadership, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
18. Ensure transparency and clarity in all communication.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
2. Ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable steps.
3. Expertise in PRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and metrics.
4. Comfortable working with engineering, APIs, data models, and platform integrations.
5. Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, GA).
6. Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions.
7. Strong storytelling, influencing, and executive communication skills.
8. Ability to lead cross-functional teams with clarity and confidence.
9. High ownership mindset, bias for action, and excellent collaboration.
Other Requirements
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 6–12+ years of product management or related experience (adjust as needed).
3. Prior experience in SaaS, Platform, AI/ML, or enterprise products is a plus.
