Driver

Description

We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and responsible Personal Driver to provide transportation and support services for the employer and their family. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and comfortable transportation, as well as handling various day-to-day support and verification tasks. The position requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail, and financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and timely transportation
• Maintain the vehicle in clean, safe, and technically sound condition
• Drive responsibly and ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and serviced
• Visit, inspect, and monitor various locations as required
• Handle purchases, including verification and test purchases, as well as bank payments and other financial transactions
• Welcome and accompany guests, transport their belongings, and ensure their safe delivery to designated locations
• Maintain an accurate expense log and provide monthly expense reports categorized by type of expenditure
• Use available free time effectively by independently and proactively completing assigned tasks
• Provide a report upon completion of each assignment
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all movements, activities, and related information
• Ensure the vehicle is consistently clean, safe, and in proper working condition

Requirements

• Valid Category B driving license with extensive driving experience
• Excellent reputation, loyalty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and responsibility
• Honest and accountable approach to handling finances and expenses
• Willingness to work flexibly
• Neat and professional appearance with excellent communication skills
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and resolve issues effectively
• High standards of personal hygiene and willingness to maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the vehicle
