We are seeking a motivated and skilled Drain Technician to join our team in Manassas, VA. As a Drain Technician at My Plumber Plus, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality drain cleaning services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnosing drain issues and recommending appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities
Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to in-home, service calls.
Provide Camera service for mainline stoppages
Describe diagnosed problems to customers and provides solutions
Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, effectively communicating drain issues and recommended solutions to generate sales opportunities by explaining the features and benefits of each solution.
Obtain agreement for services before performing work
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers, maximizing revenue potential.
Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service experiences and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly.
Maintain truck inventory of parts and restock truck to minimum stock levels
Be able to remove and reset a toilet and a p-trap
Operate equipment in a safe manner
Wear all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and co-workers
Participation in required staff meetings and training
Requirements
2 or more years of sewer and drain cleaning, replacement, and sales experience
Experience operating a sewer camera
Service Titan experience a plus!
Working knowledge of septic systems, sewer and drain systems, and underground piping
Repairing underground drains and sewers using conventional excavation methods or experience using trenchless pipe replacement equipment would be a plus
Personable and professional
High integrity and strong communication skills
