Jouw rol als douanedeclarant
Om onze douaneafdeling verder te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een douanedeclarant. In deze rol ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • De dagelijkse verwerking van import- en/of exportaangiftes
  • Het controleren van de overeenstemming tussen goederen en bijhorende documenten
  • Het correct toepassen van goederencodes en toltarieven volgens de geldende nomenclatuur
  • Het adviseren van interne en externe klanten over douaneprocedures en het beantwoorden van douanetechnische vragen
  • Het continu opvolgen van wijzigingen in de douanewetgeving
  • Behandeling van keuringsgoederen, opmaken van CHEDD documenten en contact en afhandeling met FAVV.

What You Bring:

  • Kennis van douane- en BTW-wetgeving, lokale douaneregels, sancties en tariefstructuren.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met zowel (import-) , export- en transitaangiftes
  • Ervaring met douanedocumenten en de toepassing van douanetarieven.
  • Bekend met douanesoftware (en fiscale vertegenwoordiging).
  • Klantgerichte, servicegerichte houding.
  • Proactief en in staat om zelfstandig te werken en beslissingen te nemen.
  • Flexibel en in staat om te schakelen met veranderende wetgeving en prioriteiten.
  • Teamplayer die goed functioneert onder druk en initiatief toont waar nodig.
