Key Responsibilities

Domain Consulting

  • Provide subject matter expertise in the relevant business domain.
  • Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support opportunity qualification and solution positioning.

Sales & Pre-Sales Support

  • Assist sales teams in preparing proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and presentations.
  • Develop solution documents, business cases, and effort estimations.
  • Participate in client discussions, workshops, and demonstrations.
  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) activities and solution assessments.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with business development, account managers, delivery teams, and product teams.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams.
  • Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with customer requirements.

Market & Industry Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for solution enhancement and business growth.
  • Contribute to knowledge repositories and reusable assets.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, and solution artifacts.
  • Maintain proposal repositories and domain knowledge documents.
  • Track sales support activities and provide status reports.
