Join us on our journey in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.  The Role The CoE – AI Data Center Power Design & Build is a global Center-of-Excellence role responsible for defining, standardizing, and governing power infrastructure design for next-generation AI-ready and hyperscale data centers. This role acts as the technical authority for mission-critical electrical systems and ensures that all power designs are scalable, resilient, energy-efficient, and compliant with international standards and hyperscaler requirements. The position translates AI workload demands into robust electrical architectures covering medium- and low-voltage systems, UPS plants, generator systems, rack-level power distribution, and intelligent monitoring platforms. The role establishes global reference architectures, reusable engineering templates, and design playbooks that enable consistent, repeatable deployments across regions. The role supports greenfield builds, brownfield upgrades, and where rapid scalability and dynamic power loads are critical.  Key Responsibilities:  Define and govern global power design standards for AI and hyperscale data centers • Develop end-to-end electrical infrastructure designs including MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, PDUs, RPPs, and busway systems • Translate AI and GPU workload requirements into reliable, high-density power architectures • Develop capacity and load models for bursty and dynamic AI workloads • Design redundancy architectures such as N+1, 2N, and distributed resiliency models • Perform load flow, short-circuit, and power quality analysis • Support site feasibility assessments and

Key Responsibilities

1. To Facilitate The Readiness And Availability Of Gtm Propositions, Offering Maps, Coordinating With Different Teams Including Marketing, To Align With The Specific Needs Of Business Units.
2. To Oversee The Creation And Formalization Of Case Studies, Ensuring They Are Suitably Developed Into Gtm Collateral To Effectively Illustrate Success Stories And Testimonials.
3. To Gather Insights On Prevailing Industry Developments And Analyze Competitor Strategies And Specific Account Details To Inform Business Decisions.
4. To Collaborate With Sales Team (Hunting & Farming) On Key Focus Areas & Customer Profiles.
5. To Implement Improvements Based On The Evaluation To Enhance The Effectiveness And Relevance Of Collateral, Ensuring It Meets Market Demands And Supports Business Growth.
