Job requirements

We are seeking an experienced Domain Consultant – Business Transformation, AI & Data Strategy with 12+ years of experience in business consulting, domain transformation, data analytics, and AI-driven business solutions. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of engaging with C-suite executives, senior business leaders, and key stakeholders to understand business challenges and define strategic transformation initiatives. Experience in hospitality, restaurant chains, casinos, or gaming is highly desirable. 

The candidate will combine industry expertise, business consulting, data-driven decision-making, and AI/GenAI capabilities to identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost optimization, revenue growth, and enhanced customer experience. This role requires the ability to translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and client stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and business objectives. 

• Business Discovery & Transformation: Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to identify business challenges, process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and transformation opportunities. 

• AI & GenAI Strategy: Identify and prioritize AI/GenAI use cases such as AI-powered customer service, personalized guest experiences, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, demand forecasting, and AI-assisted decision-making. 

• Data Analytics & Insights: Leverage data mining, business intelligence, and advanced analytics to uncover trends, identify revenue opportunities, optimize costs, and improve operational performance. 

• Process Optimization: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend digital transformation, workflow automation, process reengineering, and AI-enabled operational improvements. 

• Industry-Specific Solutions: Apply domain knowledge in hospitality, restaurant chains, casinos, and gaming to address challenges related to customer loyalty, guest engagement, workforce planning, revenue management, and operational efficiency. 

• Business-to-Technology Alignment: Translate business requirements into actionable AI, data, and technology solutions while collaborating with data scientists, AI engineers, product teams, and technology leaders. 

• Business Case & ROI Development: Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, value assessments, and ROI models to demonstrate the expected business impact of AI and digital initiatives. 

• AI Feasibility & Adoption: Assess AI use cases based on business value, technical feasibility, data readiness, implementation complexity, scalability, and responsible AI considerations. 

• Client Engagement & Delivery Support: Support solution design, implementation planning, change management, and value realization to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives. 

• Travel: Visit client offices as required to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, and support consulting and transformation programs. 

Required Qualifications 

• 12+ years of experience in domain consulting, business transformation, digital strategy, business process consulting, or technology-enabled transformation. 

• Strong experience in executive stakeholder management, client relationship building, consulting, and strategic problem-solving. 

• Proven ability to identify AI/GenAI opportunities and translate business challenges into practical, value-driven AI solutions. 

• Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled decision support. 

• Experience with data mining, business analytics, process optimization, and data-driven business decision-making. 

• Ability to assess business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define measurable transformation outcomes. 

• Strong communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and business case development skills. 

• Ability to bridge business strategy, data, AI capabilities, and technology implementation. 

• Based in Florida, USA, with flexibility to travel to client locations. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Industry experience in hospitality, restaurant chains, casinos, gaming, or related customer-focused businesses. 

• Knowledge of hospitality operations, restaurant management systems, loyalty programs, customer experience, pricing strategies, revenue management, or casino operations. 

• Exposure to AI/GenAI applications, AI agents, large language models (LLMs), predictive modeling, process mining, and business intelligence platforms. 

• Experience developing AI adoption strategies, executive presentations, transformation roadmaps, and ROI-driven business cases. 

• Familiarity with responsible AI practices, data privacy, governance, and enterprise AI implementation considerations.
