Document Controller / Technical Assistant (IT)

Prepare, format, review, and maintain technical and administrative documents, reports, correspondence, and records. • Coordinate meetings, schedules, project activities, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, including confidential records. • Support IT hardware, PC, peripheral equipment upgrades, repairs, installations, and contract-related activities. • Respond to user queries and support the preparation of IT knowledge-base articles, guides, and training materials. Requirements Minimum 12 years* of relevant experience working within an IT environment is preferred. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications. • Good knowledge of office administration, documentation, and record-management procedures. • Strong organizational, written communication, numerical, and basic statistical skills. • Fluency in written and spoken *English; Arabic* language skills are preferred.
