About the job:

Kent is seeking an Information Management Analyst to support ongoing projects.

Skills and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Apply established coding procedures for the project and Kent's own coding procedures.

 

• Manage files according to Kent's procedures and back them up in the information system established for the project (e.g., SharePoint/Aconex).

• Issue and implement the Coordination Procedure for assigned projects.

• Issue and implement templates for presenting project deliverables.

• Maintain ongoing control of administrative, technical, and reference documentation for assigned projects, issuing the corresponding lists for the project team. • Provide support to the project team (Internal & Client) on information management, file transfer, coding, information systems, and the status of documents issued during the project.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

Knowledge/Qualifications/Training/Certification:

Technical and/or Technological degree in administration, engineering, or document management.

Specific experience: 1.1 to 3 years in a Document Control/Information Analyst role or similar in projects.

Communication:

• Excellent command of Spanish in both oral and written communication skills.

• Intermediate level of English preferred.

 

Basic Skills/Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet.

• Basic knowledge of information systems and SharePoint. HSSEQ:

The Employee must comply with the Company's Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment, and Quality standards, as well as those of clients and government authorities in the host country.

Kent está buscando un Analista Gestión de Información para apoyar los proyectos en curso.

 

Habilidades y responsabilidades: 

Responsabilidades:

  • Aplicación de los procedimientos de Codificación establecidos para el proyecto y el propio de Kent.
  • Gestionar los archivos de acuerdo con los procedimientos de Kent y respaldarlos en el sistema de información
  • establecido para el proyecto (Ejm. SharePoint/Aconex)
  • Emisión e implementación del Procedimiento de Coordinación de los proyectos asignados.
  • Emisión e Implementación de Plantillas para la presentación de los entregables del proyecto.
  • Mantener control permanente de la documentación Administrativa, Técnica y de Referencia de los proyectos
  • asignados, emitiendo los listados correspondientes para el equipo del proyecto.
  • Brindar soporte al equipo de proyecto (Interno & Cliente) sobre temas de manejo de información, transferencia
  • de archivos, codificación, sistema de información y estatus de los documentos emitidos en el proyecto.

 

Sus conocimientos/habilidades, educación y experiencia: 

Conocimientos/ Cualificación/ Formación/ Certificación: 

Técnico y/o Tecnólogo administración, ingenierías o gestión documental.

Experiencia especifica, de 1.1 años a 3 años, desempeñando el cargo de Control de Documentos/Analista de

Información o similares en proyectos.

 

Comunicación:

  • Excelente dominio del idioma español en la comunicación y habilidades orales y escritas.
  • Deseable nivel de inglés Intermedio.

Comportamiento/Competencias Básicas:

  • Buen manejo de programas de Microsoft como son Word, Excel, PowerPoint e Internet.
  • Conocimiento básico sobre el manejo de Sistemas de información y SharePoint.
