Für unser Gebiet in Österreich suchen wir eine:n engagierte:n Division Sales Manager:in (w/m/d), der/die unsere Marke erfolgreich weiterentwickelt und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufbaut. (Vollzeit)
DEINE ROLLE IM TEAM
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Sales- und Business-Development-Aktivitäten
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Sales- und Budgetstrategie sowie Steuerung relevanter KPIs
- Betreuung und strategischer Ausbau bestehender Key Accounts und Handelspartner sowie Akquisition neuer Kunden
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenportfolios
- Aktive Weiterentwicklung der Markenpositionierung sowie Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Durchführung von Sales-Trainings für Kunden und Handelspartner
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Sales-Prozesse
DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb, Mode oder Retail
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Sales- oder Area-Management, vorzugsweise in der Fashion- oder Footwear- Branche
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Key Account Management
- Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Analytisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und Kennzahlen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientiertet
