Core Responsibilities
- Underwater construction work: Assist in building structures such as piers, jetties, seawalls, and bridge foundations.

- Installation: Position and secure materials like concrete forms, steel beams, and pipelines.
- Repair and maintenance: Fix cracks, reinforce structures, or replace damaged components.
- Underwater welding and cutting: Join or remove metal parts using specialized tools.
- Rigging and lifting: Attach cables and guide cranes when heavy materials are lowered underwater.
- Survey support: Help engineers measure and map underwater sites before construction begins.
