About this role

Főbb feladatok és felelősségek: 

  • Vevői kapcsolattartás: Napi szintű kommunikáció telefonon és e-mailben, gyakran idegen nyelven. 
  • Megrendelések kezelése: Vevői rendelések rögzítése, módosítása és nyomon követése az ERP (vállalatirányítási) rendszerben. 
  • Szállítások koordinálása: Szállítási határidők, mennyiségek egyeztetése, fuvarozók szervezése. 
  • Termeléstervezés támogatása: Információcsere a termeléssel a vevői igények teljesítése érdekében. 
  • Adminisztráció és riportálás: Kimutatások készítése, készletszintek ellenőrzése.  

Elvárások: 

  • Logisztikai területen szerzett tapasztalat (termelővállalatnál előny). 
  • Erős idegennyelv-tudás Német/ Angol 
  • ERP rendszer ismerete (pl. SAP). 
  • Problémamegoldó készség és stressztűrés
