Company Description
Buscamos a una persona que acompañe y desarrolle a una unidad específica de nuestro distribuidor, desde gerentes de ventas locales hasta vendedores, para asegurar una excelente ejecución de nuestra estrategia en el canal Downtrade dentro de una zona geográfica determinada.
Esta persona será clave para hacer seguimiento del negocio, definir planes de acción, capacitar al equipo, acompañarlo en terreno y mantenerlo motivado, con el objetivo de lograr una implementación sobresaliente de nuestros estándares de Perfect Store y de los planes de Trade Marketing.
Job Description
GESTIÓN DE RESULTADOS COMERCIALES
- Dar seguimiento y asegurar el cumplimiento de los principales KPIs de la región para canal tradicional y mayorista, como Perfect Store, cobertura, distribución, share value y objetivos de venta en volumen.
- Implementar el plan comercial del canal tradicional y mayorista, asegurando que las prioridades y condiciones acordadas se ejecuten correctamente en el punto de venta.
RELACIONAMIENTO Y GESTIÓN CON NUESTRO DISTRIBUIDOR
- Construir relaciones sólidas con el distribuidor en todos sus niveles y con los clientes más importantes de la zona, generando alto compromiso con la marca Red Bull.
- Alinear a las personas clave del distribuidor para que puedan ejecutar desde el primer día.
DESARROLLO DE EQUIPOS
- Capacitar, motivar, acompañar y desarrollar al equipo del distribuidor para maximizar su potencial y resultados.
- Realizar visitas a terreno y coaching comercial de manera constante.
- Promover un ambiente de trabajo dinámico, positivo y colaborativo, fortaleciendo la relación entre Red Bull y el equipo del distribuidor.
EJECUCIÓN EN EL PUNTO DE VENTA
- Asegurar y mejorar la presencia de Red Bull en tienda a través de la correcta implementación de Perfect Store, buscando que la marca se vea como N.° 1.
ANÁLISIS Y GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA
- Llevar al día los reportes administrativos y utilizar esa información para analizar resultados y desarrollar los KPIs del distribuidor.
Qualifications
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en el canal Off Premise o en compañías de FMCG.
- Experiencia liderando, motivando o desarrollando equipos.
- Buena capacidad de análisis y organización.
- Manejo de herramientas de MS Office: Word, Excel y PowerPoint.
- Experiencia en reportería de gestión y control de presupuesto.
- Estudios comerciales de nivel medio o superior.
- Licencia de conducir vigente.
- Inglés fluido, oral y escrito (deseable)
