You’ll have steady work, a supportive team, and opportunities to keep learning and growing.  If you take pride in a job well done, we want to meet you.  What You'll Do Dispatch and coordinate service technicians Manage daily schedules and adjust priorities as needed Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day Order and coordinate parts Help keep service calls running efficiently Handle scheduling changes and unexpected issues Provide professional, friendly customer service Keep information accurate and organized in ServiceTitan What We're Looking For 2+ years of relevant experience Previous service dispatching experience Experience with parts ordering and coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite General knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, and service operations Professional phone communication skills Strong verbal and written communication Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, busy environment Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality Pay: $27–$30 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Location: Onsite position
