In addition to performing the full range of functions assigned to Dispatchers - including communications, call taking, and dispatching functions. The Dispatch Supervisor also directs and supervises subordinate staff. This includes assigning and delegating work projects, scheduling employees to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained, performance management including work performance evaluation, coaching, mentoring and/or implementing corrective actions for performance and/or conduct issues.   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
