Disability Claims Administrator

The Admin will oversee end‑to‑end administration of retirement, pension and provident fund products, handle death, funeral and disability claims, and manage investment portfolio activities. The role supports new business onboarding, policy renewals, anniversary administration, and ensures compliance with 37C risk guidelines while coordinating with banking partners, accounting teams, and customers to deliver seamless fund and investment services.

• Administer retirement, pension and provident fund accounts end‑to‑end
• Process death, funeral and disability claims, ensuring timely payment
• Manage policy renewals, new business onboarding and anniversary administration
• Oversee bank liaison, fund administration and cash‑flow reconciliation
• Administer investment portfolios, including transaction processing and performance tracking
• Conduct risk product administration for death and funeral coverage per 37C guidelines
• Coordinate accounting activities, financial reporting and audit support
• Provide customer onboarding and ongoing service support
• Maintain accurate documentation, regulatory reporting and audit trails
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
