Promise Robotics is pioneering Physical AI for homebuilding — a rapidly growing, venture-backed company bringing together AI, robotics, and manufacturing to help the homebuilding industry meet the growing demand for housing. Our robotic systems, built and operated inside  AI-powered factories, give the industry the production capacity, consistency, and speed to build more high-quality homes than traditional methods allow. Our team spans AI researchers and roboticists to factory operators, technicians, and production teams — all building the future of homebuilding together.  We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resourcesleader to shape our organizational strategy, set the company-wide people strategy, lead the HR function, and help shape the culture of our organization. This key member of the executive leadership team is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that support our mission, values, growth, and business goals. This role encompasses all aspects of HR, including employee engagement, training and development, compensation, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic vision and hands-on start up leadership experience across Canada & the US to drive a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture.   We are open to hiring at either the Director or Vice President level. The final title will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, leadership scope, and demonstrated ability to build and scale a high- performing People function.
