- Act as Compensation Business Partner for critical business units, providing strategic guidance on pay decisions, workforce planning, and talent retention.
- Drive BU incentive programs and ensure alignment with pay-for-performance philosophy and overall business objectives.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on performance management interlock to link rewards to outcomes and performance metrics.

- Develop, implement, and govern C&B policies and programs, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with organizational strategy.

- Ensure regulatory compliance, reporting, and governance, mitigating risk across all reward programs.
- Drive employee communication and education initiatives to ensure understanding and engagement with Total Rewards programs.
