The VP of Sales for the Electrical Division is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the division in accordance with established strategic plans. Key responsibilities include leadership, management, planning and assisting in the execution of company long-term strategic goals.
Meets monthly, quarterly, and annual Division sales goals for the agency and for all agency manufacturers. Communicate and implement the organization's vision as it pertains to the Industrial Division. Direct, lead and mentor the Industrial outside sales team. Implement new procedures to increase efficiency and hold the team accountable to these procedures. Properly represent the organization and our manufacturers in the marketplace.

- Annually, actively participate in the strategic planning process that advances companys’ 3-year strategic goals.
- Quarterly, actively participate in progress update meetings with company strategy team.
- Monthly, actively participate in leadership team meetings
- Outside Sales Management
- Assign monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for each sales team member.
- Design incentive compensation plan for all employees with President and other Division Sales Manager.
- Monthly, formally coach each assigned Outside Salesperson.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in business administration or related field
- 5 years’ experience in a Sales Management role
- Experience working within multiple CRM platforms
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
