Director of Product Operations

Magnopus is seeking a Director of Product Operations to help build, scale and lead our UK Product organisation. Working alongside the Director of Technology and Product leadership in the US, you'll play a key role in shaping how our Product organisation operates as we continue to grow our platform and product offering. This is a leadership role, but not one that sits at arm's length from execution. We're looking for someone who can provide organisational direction while remaining close enough to the work to help teams navigate ambiguity, make progress and solve problems. You'll help connect strategy, planning and delivery, ensuring that evolving business priorities are translated into clear plans, aligned teams and successful outcomes. Initially, you'll also provide hands-on Product Management leadership while helping us build the Product Management and Technical Program Management capability we expect to need in the future. We're still building and evolving our Product organisation, so success in this role will require someone who is comfortable creating structure where it doesn't yet exist, adapting to changing priorities, and balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. This is a role for someone who enjoys helping shape the organisation around them, rather than simply operating within an already established framework. We're looking for someone who combines leadership maturity with a pragmatic, hands-on approach - someone who is equally comfortable discussing long-term organisational direction, supporting teams through day-to-day challenges, and rolling up their sleeves when needed.
