What You Can Expect:

  • Strategic development of the Group-wide People Operations model, including scalable Shared Service Centers and Centers of Excellence. 

  • End-to-end ownership of efficient, compliant and business-oriented HR processes along the employee lifecycle. 

  • Standardization of HR services, service catalogues and service levels to improve quality, speed and reliability for the business. 

  • Analysis of global HR structures to identify optimization and efficiency opportunities. 

  • Close collaboration with the People Technology Team to drive innovative automation, ticketing and digital HR solutions. 

  • Translating business requirements into global HR solutions.

What You Bring:

  • Close collaboration with executive leadership, HR business partners, and regional and local HR organizations.

  • Translating business requirements into global HR solutions. 

  • Ensuring a balance between global standardization and local/regional requirements. 

  • Advising management on strategic HR and organizational decisions. 

  • Supporting change processes and ensuring sustainable implementation in the regions and countries. 

  • Identification and Implementation of International HR Best Practices.
