We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.  As Director of Engineering, you will lead the engineering function for the Be The People platform. You will set technical direction, build and manage the internal engineering team, integrate the work of our staff augmentation partner, and own platform reliability and iteration velocity through launch and beyond.
