About this role

As a Director, Health Plans, this professional will own the full account relationship, serving as both the account executive and the day-to-day success owner for their clients. They will be responsible for a deep understanding of customer needs, fostering enduring relationships, and driving both growth and retention without a dedicated support layer as an Account Executive.

This is a hands-on role: the person in this seat is expected to run their own accounts, build their own analyses, and operate independently in a fast-moving, startup-paced environment. They will possess proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with an analytical, results-driven approach focused on customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Monitor contract renewals and proactively engage with clients to secure renewals.

Travel Requirements:

  • 5 - 10 % travel throughout the year

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field.

  • An analyst-caliber background, with the ability to work directly with data (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) to build account insights independently. (1-3 years)

  • Prior experience in a startup or lean, high-ownership environment. (1-3 years)

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar client-facing role carrying both relationship and commercial outcomes. (2-4 years)

  • Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client-friendly terms.

  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Salary Range:

  • $120 - 135K

What we offer:

  • Plenty of opportunities to grow your career
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 3 weeks of vacation plus 5 personal days to recharge
  • Employee stock ownership, RRSP program, 401k + matching
  • A chance to give back through community involvement
  • Flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle
