Liderar la gestión estratégica de RH, impulsando cultura, desarrollo de talento y eficiencia interna para el crecimiento sostenible.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar políticas y procesos de RH alineados al negocio.
  • Gestionar desarrollo, capacitación y retención de talento.
  • Supervisar reclutamiento, selección y onboarding.
  • Garantizar cumplimiento normativo y relaciones laborales.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de bienestar y clima laboral.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Gerente en Recursos Humanos, Director de RH, HR Manager o similar.
  • Formación académica en Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, RH o afines.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y proyectos de HR.
  • Conocimiento en legislación laboral y mejores prácticas.
  • Habilidad para implementar estrategias de desarrollo organizacional.
  • Sólida experiencia en implementación de estrategias de desarrollo y retención de personal.
