About this role
Misión: Liderar la planeación, ejecución y gestión integral de proyectos de infraestructura, construcción, remodelación y mantenimiento, garantizando el adecuado funcionamiento de instalaciones, activos y sistemas técnicos. Tendrá responsabilidad sobre presupuestos, contratistas, cronogramas, calidad, continuidad operativa y cumplimiento de los proyectos. Requisitos Profesional en Ingeniería Civil, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Industrial, Arquitectura o áreas afines. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en infraestructura, construcción, remodelaciones, mantenimiento o gerencia de proyectos. Experiencia liderando obras y proyectos, incluyendo presupuesto, cronograma, contratación y manejo de contratistas. Experiencia en gestión de presupuestos CAPEX/OPEX y control de costos. Experiencia liderando equipos y coordinando proveedores y contratistas.
