About this role

AI is reshaping the identity security market faster than most vendors can track. Chief AI Officers have become a real buying force. Non-human identities are growing faster than human ones. Every major IAM vendor is claiming an AI story, saturating the market with promises and few who can actually deliver.

This role exists to bring RSA's AI product story to market: differentiated, bold, and built to win. The Director of AI Product Marketing understands the AI buyer deeply enough to craft the message, arm sellers in the field and in front of customers, and represent RSA with press, analysts, and influencers. They know what a Chief AI Officer worries about and how the surge of AI creates new risk for organizations and users. They understand how RSA's solutions address current and future AI identity risks, and can position RSA as the trusted security partner across the entire AI identity lifecycle.

This is a senior individual contributor role for a self-starting innovator with GM mentality.  This role will obsess over AI product performance and constantly look for ways to support growth in the business.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Own RSA's AI positioning and narrative end to end, from the market message to the field tools to the external content that reaches CAIO and CISO buyers, with crisp, differentiated positioning for how RSA fits into an enterprise's AI strategy.
  • Build the messaging architecture, buyer personas, and buyer journeys for the AI portfolio, from the Chief AI Officer and CISO down to the practitioner, and keep them current as the market moves.
  • Run competitive intelligence for the AI portfolio: track how the IAM field is moving on AI, maintain win/loss insight, and turn it into sharper positioning and fast field response.
  • Lead go-to-market for AI product launches: message, package, tier, sequence, and coordinate across product, demand gen, sales, and PR so releases land with impact.
  • Partner with product to translate roadmap into a market story and to shape pricing and packaging so RSA's AI offers are easy to buy and hard to discount.
  • Build relationships with the AI industry analysts at Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others: brief them regularly, respond to Magic Quadrant and Wave inquiries, and shape how RSA shows up in the research buyers rely on.
  • Talk to customers to get deep into what they know they need, and surface the opportunities they may not yet realize they have.
  • Work closely with field CTOs to craft and tell RSA's AI stories, and present to customers and partners.
  • Build and deliver the sales enablement that makes RSA sellers credible in AI conversations: battle cards, demo narratives, talk tracks, short-form video, and competitive responses, plus the training and certification to put them to use.
  • Create the assets that make RSA's AI solutions tangible: solution briefs, datasheets, demo videos, website and landing page copy, and other customer-facing content.
  • Develop the thought leadership that earns RSA a seat at the AI security table and serve as a credible public voice: point-of-view pieces, contributed bylines, and the narrative backbone for conference keynotes.
  • Build the proof: case studies, references, and customer stories that show RSA's AI claims are real, not roadmap.
  • Measure what marketing produces: content usage, pipeline influence, competitive win rate, and analyst standing, and iterate on what actually moves the number.

Skills:

  • Command of the product marketing fundamentals: positioning, messaging, personas, segmentation, launch, competitive intelligence, pricing and packaging input, and enablement, with the writing and storytelling chops to execute all of it personally.
  • A track record of shipping positioning and content that sellers actually used and buyers actually responded to, ideally in B2B security or enterprise software.
  • Meaningful time spent at the intersection of AI and identity and access management.
  • A working understanding of how AI buying decisions get made across the Chief AI Officer, CISO, and IT, and the governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks those buyers are navigating in an AI-first world.
  • A concrete point of view on what differentiated AI positioning looks like, and the hands-on skill to produce it personally, at speed, as an individual contributor rather than through a team.
  • An AI-first way of working that meets modern buyers where they are.
