Direct Marketing Manager (Credit Card & Creative Strategy)

Your Role in Our Mission Prosper is seeking a Direct Marketing Manager to lead creative strategy, campaign testing, and full end-to-end production execution for our Credit Card direct mail portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of Direct Mail Strategy & Analytics, you will take direct ownership of our Credit Card direct response engine, working alongside our Senior Manager to manage our growing direct mail footprint and scale nationwide promotions for our flagship Credit Card Products.   We are looking for an innovative, data-driven marketer who blends creative strategy with rigorous production execution. In this role, you will not only drive creative testing and hyper-personalized messaging strategies, but also manage complex variable print matrix execution, print vendor relationships, proofing, and on-time campaign deployment.
