Stellenbeschreibung
- Administration von Entra ID und Authentifizierungslösungen
- Zentrale Betreuung von Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive und Teams Phone
- Mitwirkung an Security‑ und Compliance‑Richtlinien
- Ansprechpartner:in für Fachbereiche inklusive Anforderungsanalyse und Koordination von Unternehmenspartner:innen
- Umsetzung von M365‑Projekten
- Identifikation und Realisierung von Automatisierungen (Azure Automation, Power Platform, Copilot)
- Erstellung gruppenweiter IT-Dashboards und Reportings
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH) oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation mit äquivalenter Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-365-Umfeld
- PowerShell-Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im IT‑Projektumfeld wünschenswert
- Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Serviceorientierung mit Hands-on-Mentalität sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
