We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can combine creativity, analytics, and AI-powered marketing to generate qualified leads, improve brand awareness, and accelerate business growth.

What You'll Do
You'll own and execute our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads.
- Manage and optimize SEO for our websites and local search presence.
- Build and manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Improve website traffic, search rankings, and conversion rates.
- Create landing pages that convert visitors into leads.
- Develop AI-powered marketing workflows to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
- Create blog content, email campaigns, newsletters, and lead magnets.
- Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing with business goals.
- Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Proven success managing SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
