We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own performance marketing end-to-end, including media spend, channel strategy, campaign execution, optimisation, and performance outcomes. The role is suited for someone who has experience managing significant digital advertising budgets and can translate performance data into clear decisions that drive customer acquisition and business growth.

This role will be responsible for turning digital marketing investments into measurable business outcomes. You will own key performance metrics, identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency, and work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to continuously improve campaign performance.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels.
- Own a large monthly media budget and be directly accountable for CAC and ROAS.
- Partner with content, design, and analytics teams to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Analyse performance data and develop clear recommendations on what to scale, optimise, or discontinue.
- Manage relationships with media and creative agencies and advertising platform partners as required.
- Develop and test new acquisition strategies, audiences, creatives, and campaign formats.
- Monitor campaign performance, funnel metrics, and customer acquisition trends.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience personally managing large monthly advertising spend.
- Experience working with a D2C brand, e-commerce platform, or consumer-facing business.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, and retention metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-backed decisions.
- Experience managing multiple performance channels and working with creative and analytics teams.
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, e-commerce, quick commerce, or on-demand delivery.
