Summary We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join the dynamic team at Aroma Restaurant & Venue within the Restaurant and Food Services sector. The ideal candidate will assist in executing digital campaigns, engaging with our community, and supporting the growth of our venue's reputation through innovative social media strategies and content creation. Responsibilities Assist in developing and scheduling engaging social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to promote upcoming events, menus, and venue bookings. Monitor online conversations and respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns aimed at driving foot traffic and increasing reservation rates. Track and analyze basic performance metrics for digital campaigns to help refine future marketing strategies. Create visually appealing content, including photos and short-form videos, that highlights the dining experience and atmosphere of Aroma Restaurant & Venue. Support the coordination of digital initiatives for special events, holidays, and seasonal menu launches. Requirements Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply). Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences within the food and beverage industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling. Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and social media management software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Passion for the culinary arts and a genuine interest in the restaurant business.
