They are seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, strengthen brand visibility, and support business growth through innovative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with experience executing successful digital marketing campaigns and generating qualified leads. Job Responsibilities Digital Marketing Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI. Increase website traffic and online conversions. Social Media Management Plan and manage the company's social media content calendar. Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Grow online communities and improve engagement. Respond to customer enquiries where appropriate. Content & Brand Management Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos, flyers, and customer guides. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. Develop educational content around fin-tech, foreign exchange, and cross-border payment solutions. Email Marketing & CRM Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns. Segment customer databases for personalized communication. Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads. Lead Generation Generate qualified leads for the Business Development team. Support product launches and promotional campaigns. Develop referral and customer acquisition initiatives. Market Research Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Identify new market opportunities and customer insights. Recommend innovative marketing initiatives. Event Marketing Coordinate exhibitions, webinars, networking events, and trade shows. Manage event branding and promotional materials. Represent the organization at relevant industry events. Analytics & Reporting Track marketing performance using relevant KPIs. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Recommend improvements based on campaign data and customer insights. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within fin-tech, banking, financial services, technology, or a related industry. Demonstrated success in delivering measurable marketing results.
