About this role
About the Role -
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, lead generation, automation, and AI marketing.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, analytical, and result-oriented, with a focus on digital growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities -
Performance Marketing -
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, and ChatGPT Ads.
- Handle budgets, targeting, remarketing, creatives, tracking, and A/B testing.
- Monitor CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and CVR to improve ROI.
SEO & Organic Growth -
- Execute Technical, On-page, and Off-page SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and content-gap analysis.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and conversions.
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting -
- Manage GA4, GTM, Search Console, Meta Pixel/CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM tracking.
- Build reports using Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Track funnel performance, attribution, conversions, CAC, CPL, and ROAS.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization -
- Generate quality leads through paid and organic channels.
- Monitor lead quality and funnel conversions.
- Work with Sales teams on lead conversion, CRO, and landing-page optimization.
Marketing Automation & AI -
- Build workflows using n8n, Zapier, and Make.
- Work with CRMs, APIs, and webhooks.
- Use Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot for research, content, analysis, and automation.
Content & Creative Support -
- Support social media, ad creatives, reels, videos, and thumbnails.
- Use Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, and AI creative tools.
Must-Have Skills -
- Paid Advertising, SEO, GA4, GTM, Search Console, Conversion Tracking
- Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets
- n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, Webhooks, CRM Integrations
- Strong understanding of lead generation, CRO, funnels, and ROI
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Good to Have -
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, EdTech, FinTech, B2B/B2C, or lead generation.
- Knowledge of AI marketing, CRM platforms, HTML, JavaScript, and website architecture.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Qualifications -
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable lead generation, acquisition, and conversion results.
