Digital Marketing und datengetriebene Optimierung begeistern dich? Du möchtest Kampagnen erfolgreich steuern und deren Performance messbar machen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und gestalte die digitale Kommunikation bei Fronius aktiv mit.

  • Planung, zielgruppenspezifische Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Paid Social Kampagnen

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Optimierung von Kampagnenbudgets auf Basis definierter KPIs und Performance-Ziele

  • Setup und Weiterentwicklung von Tracking-Lösungen zur präzisen Erfassung von Nutzerinteraktionen

  • Erstellung von Dashboards und Reports zur transparenten Darstellung aller wesentlichen KPIs

  • Analyse von Kampagnendaten, Durchführung von A/B-Tests und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

  • Betreuung von digitalen Interaktions- und Feedback-Plattformen

  • Betreuung des Consent-Managements inklusive Sicherstellung der Datenschutz-Compliance

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Digitalisierung, IT oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung im Performance Marketing und in der Steuerung von Paid Social Kampagnen

  • Kenntnisse in Tracking, Analytics und Reporting (z. B. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio)

  • Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

  • Technisches Verständnis für Web- und Tracking-Technologien

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Die KV-Mindestwerte betragen zwischen € 3.888,53 und € 4.993,21 - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die genaue Höhe hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
