We are looking for Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement Head to lead customer engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance customer experience, drive loyalty, and support commercial growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
Main Duties:
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies aligned with commercial objectives
- Design and manage customer journey mapping and experience improvement initiatives
- Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and digital teams to ensure consistent customer communication
- Lead loyalty and retention programs to strengthen long-term customer relationships
- Monitor engagement KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Support CRM optimization and segmentation strategies
- Drive personalization and targeted outreach based on customer data
- Manage customer engagement tools and platforms
- Ensure alignment with brand values and customer-centric culture
- Present engagement performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (master’s preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in customer engagement, experience management, or commercial roles
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and journey mapping
- Proficiency in CRM systems and customer analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to translate data into actionable engagement strategies
