Accountabilities:

  • Curriculum ownership: Maintain and evolve the end-to-end Digital Dexterity curriculum in Bloom and associated toolkits so content is current, coherent and aligned to program outcomes and competency frameworks.

  • Design & development: Create engaging, discovery-based learning experiences (e-learning, micro-learning, virtual ILT, facilitator guides, hands-on labs, assessments and job aids) that work across delivery formats and audiences.

  • Repurposing for scale: Produce reusable assets and guides that non-trainers (champions, managers, community leads) can use to deliver office hours, town halls, small group sessions and on-the-job coaching.

  • Subject matter collaboration: Partner with Digital Dexterity SMEs and cross-functional partners (Global Learning, IT, DD&T teams) to translate technical topics (everyday AI, automation, data literacy, collaboration tools) into effective learning experiences.

  • Quality & compliance: Apply Takeda’s instructional standards and adult learning best practices; ensure content quality, accessibility and correct use of corporate branding, policies and any regulatory requirements.

  • Delivery support: Support live sessions (facilitation support, train-the-trainer), office hours, and champion programs; prepare facilitators and maintain facilitator materials.

  • Tooling & production: Author and maintain content in Bloom and in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate/Storyline, Adobe Captivate or equivalent); prepare basic multimedia (video edits, captions) or coordinate with vendors where required.

  • Stakeholder engagement: Build strong working relationships with local markets, regional learning leads and Digital Dexterity stakeholders to ensure adoption and relevance of the curriculum.
