What you'll own
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that support business growth, product adoption, and brand awareness.
- Lead the creation and delivery of integrated marketing programs, including digital marketing, content, communications, events, and product launches.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Business Development teams to develop compelling customer-focused messaging and marketing collateral.
- Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and campaign performance while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Measure and optimize marketing effectiveness through performance tracking, ROI analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, product marketing, or a related field, ideally within financial services, technology, fintech, or payments.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and leadership levels.
- Experience managing budgets, external agencies, and complex marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
It's a bonus if you have
- Experience within the payments, fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
- Background working in a marketing agency or marketing services environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and digital campaign analytics.
