Digital Channels & Internal Comms Coordinator

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced Digital Channels & Internal Comms Coordinator to operate and coordinate the programme's communication channels — publishing content, managing cadence and version control, and ensuring reliable, timely delivery across SharePoint, intranet, email, digital boards and e-learning.

Responsibilities

• Publish and schedule content across SharePoint, intranet/CMS, email, digital signage and e-learning channels.
• Maintain the content calendar, publishing cadence and version control.
• Build and deploy email newsletters/campaigns and track basic delivery metrics.
• Upload and organise e-learning/LMS content in coordination with the training workstream (where applicable).
• Provide first-line channel administration and troubleshooting.

• 3–6 years in digital channel administration, internal communications operations or content publishing.
• Hands-on SharePoint / intranet and email-campaign tool experience.
• SharePoint & intranet/CMS publishing and version control.
• Email-campaign tools (Microsoft / Mailchimp); digital signage systems.
• Content-calendar management; basic HTML.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint certification — preferred.
• Language: English (fluent).
