This is a hands-on role that requires excellent attention to detail, good organisation and the ability to follow established processes. You will work as part of a wider team, supporting the successful delivery of campaign assets and raising any issues or potential delays with the appropriate team members.

  • Follow guidelines relating to asset rights, usage and restrictions.

Problem Solving & Process

  • Follow documented processes and workflows consistently.

  • Work with team members to resolve straightforward issues and escalate more complex problems where appropriate.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues or opportunities to make day-to-day processes more efficient.
  • Stay up to date with changes to DAM processes, tools and client requirements.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with colleagues, client contacts and agency partners to support the smooth delivery of campaign assets.
  • Communicate clearly when information or assets are missing or when clarification is required.
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Be willing to learn from more experienced team members and share information with the wider team.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and campaign requirements.

Client & User Support

  • Provide helpful and professional support to client and agency contacts where required.
  • Attend client or team meetings when appropriate to understand campaign requirements.
  • Support users with basic DAM-related queries and guidance.
  • Escalate more complex technical or process questions to the appropriate team member.

What you will bring

  • Experience working with digital content, marketing assets, creative production, content management or a similar environment.
  • Good understanding of digital campaign assets and common agency ways of working.
  • Comfortable working with different file formats and digital content.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and agreed SLAs.
  • Basic understanding of project or workflow management.
  • A willingness to learn new systems and technology.
  • A positive, collaborative and reliable approach to working as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to know when to ask for help or escalate an issue.

Experience with a Digital Asset Management system, content management platform or similar technology would be beneficial, but training will be provided.
