- Oversees daily foodservice operations across café, patient services, and sanitation to ensure timely service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Prepares and supports food production, tray assembly, and patient meal delivery based on operational needs.
- Maintains sanitation and safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and organized workspaces.
- Engages with patients and customers to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and improve satisfaction.
- Supports team members through communication, onboarding assistance, and fostering a collaborative, service-focused environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Requires basic math skills. Required
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English Required
- Able to communicate in English Required
- Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Required
- Food Service or Restaurant/Food service experience Preferred
Education:
- High School Grad or Equiv Required
Work Experience:
- Previous food service experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
- Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) Preferred
