About this role

What you will be doing: 
  • Receive, record, communicate, and follow up on Diet Department and patient requests.
  • Assist with daily planning, staff rosters, requisitions, inventory, and project follow-ups.
  • Monitor and respond to WhatsApp messages, sharing diet-related information with the team.
  • Maintain organized files, documents, records, and a clean work area.
  • Support Diet Supervisors, handle complaints, and perform other duties as assigned.
 What are we looking for? 
  • SC or equivalent
  • 6 months experience in similar post or field
  • Knowledge in F&B and Food processing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
