Job Description – Fullstack Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join our support and development team for a custom-built application developed by Genpact . The engineer will work as L2/L3 supprt in India and collaborate with the Kosovo L4 team to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth application performance.

Tech Stack & Responsibilities

• Frontend: Develop and maintain UI components using React + TypeScript.
• Backend: Build scalable APIs and services with NestJS (TypeScript).
• Database: Work with PostgreSQL (managed instance) for data modeling and queries.
• AI Service: Integrate with Python-based AI services.
• DevOps: Deploy and manage workloads using Docker (node:22-alpine), Azure Container Apps, Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Container Registry, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features across frontend, backend, and database.
• Collaborate with AI and Data Engineers for service integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 issues escalated from CRG L1 support.
• Participate in code reviews, QA, and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and runtime requirements (Node.js ≥ 22, PostgreSQL, Docker, Azure services).
• Contribute to documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in React + TypeScript and NestJS (TypeScript).
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database schema design.
• Familiarity with Python services integration.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Azure cloud services (Container Apps, Static Web Apps, Registry, DevOps Pipelines).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native deployments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in enterprise application support models (L1–L4).
• Exposure to AI/ML service integration.
• Knowledge of processes and automation frameworks.
