Was erwartet Dich?
- Sachliche und rechnerische Prüfung von Rechnungen
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Buchung von Ausgangsrechnungen
- Überwachung offener Posten und Durchführung des Mahnwesens
- Klärung von Zahlungsdifferenzen in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen
- Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen inkl. Archivierung
- Buchung von Anlagevermögen
- Gesamtheitliche Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Kontenabstimmung und Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten
Was wünschen wir uns ?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, der Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Debitorenbuchhaltung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Kenntnisse im Mahnwesen
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Freude daran, über den eigenen Tellerrand zu schauen
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office – insbesondere Excel)
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch
