We are looking for a Design Manager - Structural & Civil to support the successful design and delivery of major development projects within a growing developer portfolio. The successful candidate will oversee structural and civil engineering design activities and ensure engineering solutions are fully coordinated, practical, and aligned with project objectives.
- Manage structural and civil engineering consultants and design deliverables.
- Review engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate interfaces between buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and public realm elements.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, risk workshops, and value engineering exercises.
- Monitor consultant performance and programme commitments.
- Support technical decision-making throughout design development.
- Coordinate engineering inputs across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Assist with tender reviews and construction support activities when required.
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience on large-scale mixed-use, residential, commercial, or hospitality developments.
- Strong understanding of structural systems, infrastructure integration, and design coordination.
